ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mich. -- The St. Clair County Sheriff is issuing a warning to those participating in spring clean-up events.
The sheriff says that if you see a two-liter pop bottle with a milky substance in the bottom, don’t touch it but to call police immediately.
Empty two-liter pop bottles found on the side of the road may contain meth residue or meth waste.
Meth is made using the drug pseudoephedrine and common household chemicals, such as lye and Coleman gas. The chemicals are mixed in a two-liter pop bottle.
