OTISVILLE, Mich. – The village of Otisville has issued a boil water advisory for residents and businesses.
According to a news release, the advisory comes after a vehicle hit a fire hydrant, causing a loss of pressure to the system.
The advisory is expected to remain in effect for 48 hours.
Guidelines suggest residents boil all water used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and preparing food during that time.
Residents with questions can call Dan Campbell with the village’s DPW at 810-656-0540.
