FENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - One way people honored fallen heroes on Memorial Day was by working out.
The Murph Challenge was held all over the country, including at Crossfit Tuebor of Fenton.
It consisted of a 1-mile run,100 pull-ups
200 push-ups and 300 squats.
Sweating to honor is one way to spend Memorial Day.
“First thing we saw when we got here was the American flag hanging and i mean that set the tone for the day that’s what it’s all about," said Tony Geyer.
"We just fight through the pain, give back for everyone that gave the ultimate sacrifice,” said Mike Isaac.
