FLINT, Mich. - It's not even summer yet, but we are already talking high school football.
Tuesday we learned the teams that will be playing in the second annual Vehicle City Gridiron Classic.
Flint, Beecher, Hamady, Fenton, Ortonville-Brandon and Byron will all be playing games.
We caught up with Fenton's quarterback about what playing in this game means to him.
It's pretty cool, you there is a lot of history that goes into this field. I know my Grandpa played here on Thanksgiving Day when he was in high school. Just a ton of history, and it means a lot to a lot of people. It's going to be cool to play here,” said Fenton senior quarterback Logan Welch.
The triple header will be on August 24 at Kettering University's Atwood Stadium.
