Honoring Pulse nightclub victim with scholarship while Flint celebrates Pride Festival

Friends and family of one of the victims of last year's mass shooting at Orlando's Pulse Nightclub are now making sure his legacy is remembered.

They've launched the "49 fund" and eight Orlando-area LGBT high school graduates received scholarship awards.

Matt Lupoli spoke to the victim's friends and family.

Closer to home, June is LGBT Pride Month and with it comes the Flint Pride Festival.
