February is dedicated to awareness, education and life-saving information.

First we're learning about cardio-pulmonary-resuscitation or more commonly known CPR.

Even if you are not worried about developing heart disease, you can do something important to fight back.

If you know CPR, you can help save a life until an emergency crew arrives.

We'll touch up on the basics and find out how it's changed over the years from the American Health Association.
