Giving a voice to the voiceless.

The CAN Council of Saginaw works with volunteers to help children who are abused or neglected.

Those volunteers are called CASAs, or court appointed special advocates.

They help children in the court system like foster kids or children from similar situations.

Each CASA helps one child at a time, building a bond and helping them succeed.
