If you’re looking for a way to get your kids to put down the games and help pick up around the house, there’s an app for that.
It's called BusyKid.
It's an app that allows you to hire your kid to do work around the house.
You decide the jobs and how much money they make, then let the app and your kids do the work.
“They wanted money for this video game and I was like they’re going to have to start working for that money," says Mom Tosha LaForest
Jeremy and Tosha LaForest use the app with their sons, 11-year-old Landon and 7-year-old Wyatt.
Parents decide the chores and then check off if they are completed correctly.
The kids get paid on Fridays with the money going to a linked bank account or a prepaid BusyKid debit card.
The app teaches kids about money management.
BusyKid allows them to track their money and then decide to save it, spend it, or donate it.
